The beginning of my experience with DashZ was great! I ordered headlights and tailight for my Lexus and within one week i received the first portion of my order (the tailights). The next day, I received the headlights ( unfortunately, the wrong ones). I contacted Dash Z immediately. They responded immediately! Told me that they would contact supplier and fix the problem, by sending me the return instructions via email...after waiting about a week for the instructions, i emailed them again...no response. I emailed once again...no response. I emailed a third time (by then three weeks had passed from the very first email)...still no response. I am in the military, stationed in Germany, so I finally decided to spend the money and call...no answer (All day!). Clicked on this link, found another number and called...got a voicemail...left a message...no reply. Now, a month later, i still have the wrong headlights ($265 worth) and no one from Dash Z has contacted me! Very dissapointed!
