I took my truck to the store for a simple oil change. The technicians had NO idea which oil filter to use. Instead of telling me up front that they did not know, they just used one that looked close. When the technician installed the oil filter the rim got bent and while I drove home it allowed all the oil to drain out of the engine. The engine siezed the next day as I had no idea the oil had leaked out. I had to replace the engine. I told walmart and they said they were not responsible, but they did tell me off the record the technician had been fired after causing similar damage to other vehicles.
BEWARE---do not take your vehicle to this Walmart to have your oil changed!!!!!!!!!!!
