I was looking online for a father's day gift about a month before the event. Found watchboxco.com online and saw that they had a nice selection of boxes to choose from. I found one and ordered it and added a personalized text as well. I waited and waited
and waited for my box to arrive. Father's Day came and went and after calling them 4-5 times to see when I could expect my box I was told over and over again a day it would be here. I sent numerous emails and did not receive one response back from them. To
say their customer service is BAD would be an understatement. It's the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Buyer Beware is no joke...I NEVER received my box and finally gave up on them. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. They are
absolutely the worst company to order from. I hope I have saved many of you from the headache of dealing with this company. I'm over being frustrated and angry with them and have moved on but I am writing to let all other customers to know how horrible they
are. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering from them. I learned a lesson...ALWAYS check reviews when ordering online. Do not give them a second look!
