WeRecoverData staffs were friendly and helpful, which I sincerely appreciate. I even requested that I would like to watch my DELL laptop being assembled, and they very much agreed to my request; I also asked a lot of questions, but they were patient in answering all my questions. Furthermore, they get everything done quickly after a change in hard disk and battery, and I don't even need to reinstall any program after checking it; everything remains as it is. They also advised me on parts that are optional to change. Very professional, responsive, and responsible. Thank you so much to the boss and team!
