Service was excellent! Explained the procedure very well and the possible potential risk of my phone data retrieval. They told me they were genuinely sorry that they only managed to salvage one out of two storage media. Unfortunately, they didn't retrieve the data, but my phone was safe. I'm still pleased with the team's great customer service and sincerity in giving a solution to my issue.
