Firstly, the staff explained that there's no charge if the data isn't recovered and there would be only a charge if you accept the recovered data. I think that's fair enough on my part. I could also tell that they were experts in their field and had a wealth of knowledge. Prompt diagnosis and recovered my lost data on time. I'm very thankful!
