I am so thankful for the wonderful job they did. The technical team briefs about all the outcomes and processes of the recovery work that they will be doing. The team recovered 90% of the data even though other recovery providers told me that it was beyond recovery because its HDD read head damaged the disk. I'm very satisfied with the results! Thanks for all the help!!
