Great customer assistance. Friendly staff, very good attitude, and took their time to explain all their process. It took about 5 days to recover my prev data, and upon collection, a new HDD was provided with the retrieved data. They will even keep the backup data just in case any other problem arises. I will strongly recommend their professional service!
