I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of a successful equipment rental company. We do business nationwide and, obviously, have the need of excellent legal advice for the many legal issues that crop up on a regular basis including contract review, business formation and registration matters, employee related matters and tax planning. Jeff Matsen and Wealth Strategies Counsel serve as our corporate counsel and we couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt, efficient and professional services that Jeff and his team have provided to us.
