I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of a several real estate companies which own, operate and manage commercial and residential properties and provide real estate advisory services to institutional clients in southern California. Mr. Jeff Matsen has served as the attorney and legal counsel to my companies for over 25 years. He also serves as my personal estate planning attorney.
