I was very disappointed with this company. I truly believe that it was by God's good graces that I did indeed receive all of my belongings in the end. I was mislead from the beginning about the services and waited almost a whole month to receive my belongings again. I was living in my new home with barely a bed to sleep on. The entire ordeal of using Wehaulmoving cost me triple what I had originally budgeted and was quoted. They never returned phone calls and never got back to us when they said they would. I was constantly having to call to try and get any type of information from them or the moving company they used to move my belongings. I will never use this type of moving service again. I'll buy a UHaul and do it myself. Ridiculous cost. And my reimbursement for late delivery hardly covered the excess costs to me in the long run. Absolutely criminal. Consumers should not have to endure weeks of mental and emotional anguish over whether they will see any of their belongings again. The lack of communication from Wehaul was unnerving and very irritating. I will never do business with them or any company that offers the same services again. We'll move ourselves next time, the cost couldn't possibly be any worse.

As a service based company we take pride in making every effort to attempt to resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction. Our company stands behind our efforts and works very hard to provide excellent service. We are committed to resolving all customer issues and wish she had brought this to our attention so her concerns could have been resolved sooner. All of our moves are prepared according to a customer’s specific needs. An estimate is prepared and sent to all customers to review prior to pick up to ensure they are aware of all charges, dates and services included in the total cost. We make sure all services to be provided are verbally explained by both our estimators and our verification departments and sent to our customers in writing. We will be contacting this customer to work with her to attempt to resolve her outstanding issues. We hope we will be able to show her we are committed to resolving all outstanding issues.
