As a service based company we take pride in making every effort to attempt to resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction. Our company stands behind our efforts and works very hard to provide excellent service. We are committed to resolving all customer issues and wish she had brought this to our attention so her concerns could have been resolved sooner.
All of our moves are prepared according to a customer’s specific needs. An estimate is prepared and sent to all customers to review prior to pick up to ensure they are aware of all charges, dates and services included in the total cost. We make sure all services to be provided are verbally explained by both our estimators and our verification departments and sent to our customers in writing.
We will be contacting this customer to work with her to attempt to resolve her outstanding issues. We hope we will be able to show her we are committed to resolving all outstanding issues.
