I went to the West Coast Gold Buyers location in Thousand Oaks. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable transaction. Lauren Aranda was polite, professional and courteous. She explained everything to me about my sterling silver transaction and gave me a great price for my silver! I have traded in silver and gold with a competitor some time back and was not at all impressed with their customer service or their prices paid to the customer. I won't be going back to them. I will however be going back to WCGB and I would recommend West Coast Gold Buyers to all my friends and family. Very reputable and competitive! Lauren and WCGB get an A+ from me!! Thank you Lauren!
