I went to their store in Ventura, greeted by two young lovely ladies who were kind and courteous, offered me a variety of beverages. I sold some gold, the transaction was straight forward, nothing was hidden, everything up front.. The following day I realized
I had an issue with the transaction, I won't get into the details, I called the office in the morning and left a message. Within an hour I received a call from Steve the District Manager, I had a long conversation regarding my issue, at times I was rude and
not very polite, being a Christian I was not very unhappy with my behavior. He maintained his demeanor and listens politely to my issues. He courteously resolved my problem in a very professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this man. I owe
him a huge apology. I would highly recommend this company, I give it five stars. Allen
