I was having problems with a Whirlpool Dish washer. It was still under warranty, but Whirlpool just kept transferring me in a circle. They eventually claimed my problem was from consumer misuse and refused to have it repaired. I told my father in law about the problem, b/c I wanted to sue them and he knows a lot about those things. He told me to call Westwood Appliance...Said they'd been around since forever and that they handled everyone from Joe Blow to local celebrities. I called them and they scheduled me right away. It was kind of an emergency b/c I was having a dinner party in a week. They came out and was so nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. Not only was he able to identify the problem right away, but he made a call to Whirlpool customer service from my home and got the repair approved immediately no charge to me!!! I was so happy, I had him change the water filters in my refrigerator too! These guys are professional and great and I am a new customer for life!
