I am very displeased with my association with Wettermark & Keith, Llc. It was a straight forward Alabama Maximum Amount Insurance settlement of $25,000. Since it was a done deal from the beginning and WK got 35% it was put on the back burner. Instead of getting it done in a timely manner, they let the debts incurred from the wreck go into collections which affected my credit score. I signed a contract expecting WK to do a good job up front. Considering the fact that they never answered my questions or kept me updated about my case I feel they deserve a grade of F. I also don't feel they deserve the full 35%. The statement of fact in the Alabama code says an Attorney deserves compensation for the work provided. The work WK actually provided is far less than their $8,333.33 fee. Also they added an amount of expenses of $888.17. I was never informed of any expenses pertaining to my case. I have asked for a breakdown of expenses, but have not received one yet. As far as Wettermark & Keith, Llc is concerned, i would not recommend them to anyone and the only reason they got a one star rating is I can't give them a no star rating.
