Do not purchase tires if they offer a discount!

I purchased a set of tires 8/11/21 and received a discount for buying wheel and tires. I received the dirty, used, worn tires 8/13/21. I asked to send them back if they send me a shipping label, they emailed back and forth 15 times. In the end I finally reached Scott, on the phone who called me a crook because I went to PayPal to dispute the transaction and send them their raggedy tires back. Do not purchase from them if you are offered a discount, because you will receive used tires!
