We hired Willisms to do a loan modification for us, a first and second loan. We paid up front for them to do the modificaton. My feeling about the whole thing was that yes they did get the modification for us but I was able to get a better one talking directly with the lender. The money paid out could have gone to the loan. They are suppose to be working on the 2nd now but their phone has been disconnected so I don't know what is going on now. I will be emailing Jennifer to see if she responds. If not that means we are out the $500 aready paid and several months behind on our second and not knowing where they left off with the modification.
