I am extremely satisfied with Win-dor.
We did quite a bit of researching and shopping estimates.
There sales persons both in the store and in our home were very polite and professional. There was no pressure (unlike some other companies who came in our home).
The pricing was competitive with other comparable window models.
The installation day went great, the installation crew was extremely professional, all four introduced themselves, and were cordial during the install. They talked and dialoged with us thru the install.
We had 6 windows, a sliding door and a French door installed. They look awesome. The install final product looks outstanding. Most importantly, it is extremlely quiet inside, the noise reduction better than I anticipated; and also we used to be cold in our bedroom at night this time of year. This week it has been cold and it is amazing the change after the installation.
Totally satisfied with the entire process.
