I contracted wipe record in August 2017 after calling in telling them what we needed and why we needed it. We lived in GA and had immigration court and our attorney recommended we expunge 2 charges from Indiana. After a lengthy call with wipe record they had given us the great news that they could handle our case long distance through email and phone. I made my first payment the next day, we were told it was a very quick process and as soon as our contract was paid by 50% the petition would begin. I had more than 50% of the contract paid for by October 2017 yet they had not even started my case. I called wanting to know why. The explanation! If you would like us to complete your petitions it is best to pay the contract in full. So by November I had paid the $1900 in full because this company knew of our urgent need for the expungement. Once paid in full Rogelio the para legal said he would draft up the petition in a few days. That never happened not only did it take more than 2 months to draft a petition. He said he had a back log from the holidays. My emails and inquires went unanswered. Finally a supervisor named Daniel got in touch with me offering me an expedited service for the poor survive I was provided. In Jan 2018 I received and email saying my petition had been drafted that I needed to review the petition and sign, send back. FIRST problem I paid for 2 cases SECOND the petition had the incorrect DOB. I notified Rogelio that I paid for 2 cases and the dates were incorrect so I DID NOT SIGN. he returned my email saying he would correct the error. Later that day I received an email with both petitions with the corrected DOB. So I signed and returned. No word from them for several more months. Finally we get a court date notifying us of the day for each case and a lawyer would be present on my behalf. Well the judge granted the expungement on 1 case. BUT A HUGE PROBLEM THE DOB WAS THAT OF THE INCORRECT DOB ON THE FIRST DRAFTED PETITION THAT I DID NOT SIGN. THIS MEANS HE FILED THE PETITION WITH THE COURT BEOFRE I SIGNED THE PETITION. BECUASE I SIGNED THE CORRECTED PETITION AND I HAVE PROOF IN EMAIL LOG. SECONDLY THE SECOND CASE WE ERE EMAILED AND SAID WE HAD TO APPEAR IN PERSON IN INDANA IN FRONT OF A JUDGE. WHEN WIPE RECOCORD KNEW THEY WERE HANDLING THIS CASE FROM GA AND WE WERE TOLD FROM THE START WE WOULD NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT. IF WE WERE TOLD ANYTHING DIFFERENT I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID $1900 TO A LAWYER. I WOULD HAVE USED THAT $1900 AND PAID FOR MY TRIP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE ON MY OWN BUT SINCE THEY CLAIM TO DO THIS EVERYDAY AND ARE PROFESSIONALS I THOUGHT MY MONEY WAS SAFE. IT IS NOE MORE THAN A YEAR LATER AND NO REAL RESOLUTION. 1 CASE THAT WAS GRATED WAS FILED WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION AND THE SECOND CASE HAS NEVER BEEN RESOLVED BIG RIP OFFS.
