I placed an order on BUY.COM on 10/20/09, and my item was shipped by Wireless Emporium on 10/21/09. I waited for 3 weeks for my order and didn't get it. I tried for 2 weeks to get an answer from them or from BUY.COM on my order. I called BUY.COM several times and they failed to escalate the order until today (11/12/09), but I did speak to a supervisor. She said that they would contact Wireless Emporium to find out what to do. Now all this time I don't have my item, and they ran out of stock. I wrote them an email asking them to respond to me to find out the status of my order, and it took them 2 days to respond! I finally got an answer from the corporate office of BUY.COM today. I will never shop with Wireless Emporium again! They can't seem to get the customer service correct when locating an item. No one could tell me (until today - 11/12/09) how it was being shipped (USPS, UPS, OR FED-EX) and could not tell me where it was until today. Now they are refunding me my amount because they no longer have my item. I now have to go through another company to order my item and wait longer for it! I applaud BUY.COM for finally helping me with situation, but I will never shop through BUY.COM when another company is the shipper - WIRELESS EMPORIUM HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
