I purchased a cell phone case online from this company on 12/16/2010. We did receive the item, however it did not fit the phone. I contacted the return department and followed all of their instructions for returning the item. I sent the item back to the company via Fed Ex and it was received and signed for by them on 12/30/2010. I still have not received a credit for this returned item (as of 2/9/2011). I emailed the returns department yesterday to question why a credit has still not been received. I did not get any response. Today I went to their website and participated in a live chat with one of their agents. I was told that I would receive a credit within 3-5 days, but he would not answer my question as to why I never received a credit for my returned item. I will not purchase anything from this company ever again and I hope to finally receive credit for this item that was returned.
