I ordered a cell phone cover on March 23 and never received the product. I contacted the company on April 1st to inquiry about my order and they simply blew me off and told me wait 10 business days and then contact us again if it isn't received. I have waited now much longer than what should be expected for something that should be received in no less than 3 business days because I am one state over. You have lost a customer for life, and you will be sure to have negative feedback left on many forums and to my friends to never go through your company because of the unwillingness to work with a customer to keep them happy.
For something that could of been resolved by simply giving me an express shipping so that I would receive my cell phone case by the weekend, or 12 business days after my order. This is simply uncalled for practice in any type of business that respects what a customer is worth..
