I am not pleased with the service that I received. I gave them all of the papers needed, probably even more than needed. I kept checking in with them about things and they kept saying wait and be patient. Well, seven months of struggling and even receiving foreclosure notices, they did not help us. They acted like our mortgage company was one they could work with, but then they said that the mortgage company was not responding. It is not my fault that could not do their job. So, now I am out of monies paid to them that could have helped to pay my mortgage. I was to have things changed or modified with my mortgage to make it workable in our situation, but it did not happen. I feel that I did my part, but I have no real record of what they even did. I had to keep calling them and getting nothing in return. I wish they would have been honest and told me that they could not help me.
