I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the staff at The Mortgage Law Center particularly Rick Caselli. They gave us hope and peace of mind during a very difficult time. As many of us are experiencing difficulties during these tough economic times, the MLC sat down with us and explained in full and clear detail of the events that would occur during our mortgage modification. And more importantly walking us through the process without making us feel belittled or ashamed. When we had questions they were there to answer us, when we had issues that need to be addressed, they took care of them. During the 4 month process we were told of the chain of events and it all came together, we now have achieved what we needed to accomplish and if it wasn't for Rick, this would not have become a grateful reality.
