Woofersetc has an AAA rating for customer service, which this website can tell you, you'll also realize it after a single phone call to them, they're really friendly. But that's just one aspect of what makes a good company. I run my own installation business, and Woofersetc.com is without a doubt the best company to buy stereo gear from. They have the most good brands I've ever seen. The pricing is so low, I make money, and still save my customer's money too. The shipping is almost always immediate, with tracking numbers always emailed. After years of searching, and experimenting, I've realized ebay is not worth the headache, and crutchfield is just too darn expensive. I will always recommend woofersetc.
