They sent me a defective product. Been trying to contact them to exchange it. The "Live Online Support" must be dead because they are never online. They claim if you e-mail they will contact within 24 hours. It's been weeks of e-mailing everyday with no response. Call either of the numbers listed and you will be put on hold for however long it takes to give up and hang up. They can not be contacted once your purchase is made and you can not return until you do contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
