Hello??? Anyone home???

Placed an order on 11/22/12 that was immediately charged. I called a week an a half later to check the status (understanding that the general timeframe mentioned on the website was 15 days). The gentleman who answered stated the pad was in production and should go out in 2-3 days. I subsequently emailed twice, called and left several messages and have never heard another word. Their message is dated for 12/22 and says all orders placed prior to 12/16 had been shipped. Um, nope. Still can't get a hold of a live person and still no pad. Tried emailing through their site, doesn't appear to submit. Hmmmm. This has left me with no choice but to chargeback the money they've had for over a month and find an alternative. Disappointed.
