I have actually had my air ducts cleaned in the past and it was such a horrible experience that I did not want to do it again. However it was time I called a new company.Luckily I found Z Ducts! The customer service was top notch. I have never felt more comfortable dealing with a customer service rep. And the technician himself was extremely friendly but professional. They did a spotless job too. Overall just an amazing experience
