Bait & switch. Dishonest. Very poor business practices. Seniors especially should beware. Nothing they said or promised was accurate and everything that went wrong required more money to fix on heating ac system. Now having trouble with warranty repair on 3 month old system. They try to make you feel like they have your best interests at heart but they are only interested in getting more money. Do not do business with this company. Be sure to check with BBB.
