ZGroup Consultants LLC has signs of a mortgage mod scammer

ZGroup Consultants advertised on the local Spanish-language radio station. ZGroup promised mortgage modifications and required money before they would do anything. My client called to get more information from them because she wanted a lower mortgage payment. ZGroup said they were in Chicago (January 2013). They talked about "the Obama Plan" to help
people with their mortgages. They is not true. They told my client to stop making mortgage payments and now my client is in foreclosure. My client paid $2985 for a mortgage modification that she never got. When she asked for her money back, Miguel Zamudio called her
back and yelled that ZGroup would not give any money back and she would lose all that she had paid. He told her to keep on with ZGroup. She was never provided with any invoices or any kind of documentation as to what the payments she made were for. The website
does not list any staff which is very strange. The photos are stock photos that anyone can buy.
