Have tried for almost a year to received a rebate that we were told we would receive in 3 different emails from Brian Augie and still nothing. There rebates are not worth the paper the forms are written on. Writing Newegg and the parent company in Japan to let them know they have a distributor stealing from their clients and see how that goes...
