EDiets Stay Away!

I should have looked here first and learned my lesson. The customer service is awful.
If you like to have a customer service manager start the conversation with:
"I will hang up on you, I will make sure you PAY , I don't care it's not what you want it's what we will do for you." Then you will love eDiets.
I was screamed at, told that I could not dispute the charges with American Express and I would be "forced to pay no matter what. because they don't send free food." I don't want free food I just want to cancel and not deal with you again. "Your stuck, your paying, I don't care." "No I won't tell you may name" "We don't have a CEO" "We don't have any one in charge" This is what you will experience with eDiets.
I got my first weeks shipment 2 days late, the food all wrong, duplicates of food, opened food, do you really want a bagel and cream cheese for 4 out of the 5 days. How about chicken breast with vegetables for 3 out of the 5 days. The customer service response "oh well we have the right to send duplicates"
If you want to cancel you 2nd week because the first week was a disaster, "you can't your in a contract"
When you tell them they did not live up to their end of the contract. " Sorry that just the way it is"
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
