The customer did order a Sofa Sectional and we did tell her it was going to be delivered that weekend, but we were misinformed by our suppliers on the stock of the Sectional Sofa. The sofa arrival time has been pushed back a week from the manufacturer on a couple occasions and we have been working on getting the customer her sectional and have given her a price adjustment due to the inconvenience she has been caused and have offered to set up her order for free. The sectional she ordered is a very good value and is very popular and since it is imported it is hard to keep in stock due to the very high demand during tax season. By no means have we tried to ROBB this customer and have given her the option to cancel her order and get a full refund
