So Grateful to Lighthouse Advocacy & Sam Chang

In the past, I tried to get a loan modification by myself with my lender, Wells Fargo, but they kept giving me the “run-around” and denied me multiple times. Then one day by God’s grace, I received a flyer in the mail from Lighthouse Advocacy Group specializing in home loan modifications. I was desperate at this point, knowing I was going to lose my home, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Sam Chang and he told me to give him a chance to modify my loan. The process took about 1 year, but Sam and his company never gave up on me. First time we applied, Wells Fargo denied us. The 2nd time we applied, Wells Fargo gave me an In-House mod that wasn’t so great. Finally, on the 3rd submission, we got the “mother lode!” They got me approved for the government HAMP program, lowered my interest rate, forgave my entire past due payments, and they got me a huge principal reduction! This modification took a big load off of my shoulders and allowed me to keep my home. And for that I am very grateful.
I highly recommend anyone to try and test Lighthouse Advocacy Group, and you need to speak with my guy, Sam Chang.
