I was behind my mortgage for 5 years!! When I tried doing modification with my bank, Chase they denied me couple times! My house was about to be put on foreclosure! But then Sam called and told me that he could help me. I didn't believe him at first and thought that it was a fake company! I was very worried but still decided to give it a try, knowing it was my last hope! Sam was very understanding and patient with me during those times.
