On complaintsboard.com, it seems Lonnie spends much of his time defending his company and trashing the postal service. Maybe Lonnie should spend a little more time managing his company, then he wouldn't have to spend so much time defending it. I've been "fighting" with them since last July when I sent my phone in and have still (02/17/09) not received a check. Only 1 phone, but the principle of the thing gets me. Several emails replied that they had 1) sent the check 2) the check has been cashed 3) error in their system, looking into it 4) the check has been re-issued, and 5)it is now "in process" Way too many excuses.
