I too have had an extremely poor experience with this pseudo company. I forwarded three (3) phones to them as per their posted agreement which were all in good working order and did so in mid-March of this year. Their site indicated receipt of my package on April 16, 2009, however they claimed that 1) One of the phones "did not power up" and that it had been "recycled" with no payment of the $50 that was quoted, and 2) Site showed receipt of two additional phones included in the same mailer, quoted at $25. and $5. respectively, however, again, no mention of payment. I sent an e-mail to the listed support e-mail address and was told that a "supervisor had authorized" my $80. payment. Further correspondence advised that payment was "sent out on 5/29/09" (A full eight weeks from the start of this saga!!). US mail should take no more than 3 mailing days for receipt and four days later, I still have no check. In reading the previous review posted here, I expect I will be given various "excuses" and dont hold out much hope in receiving this payment. If by some miracle I do, I will gladly post a formal apology. In any case, everyone should be aware that such acts fall under the legal category of "Theft By Deception" and I urge anyone experiencing a similar situation to pursue legal action as there are large fines associated with this type of misrepresentation... fines and violations that can and will put this company out of of business if pursued. I intend to do so without hesitation if my check is not received. Lets see what happens........ I will keep this site posted.
