I sent my HTC Touch Pro 2 and the company received it on the 30th of June. It's now the 15th of July. The phone was still practically new, not sure what the delay is. I have attempted to send them e-mails and I haven't received a return message yet. I have sold various cellphones over the net before and this is the first time I have been gotten. I would strongly recommend using a more reputable company in the future. Gazelle.Com has always been really honest an will even send the phone back if the quote is changed based on evaul of the equipment. I went through iBuyPhones.Com because the quote was higher. Guess I still lost. :-(
