I sent in my phones on the 1st of OCT 2010, they received on the 5th of oct 2010, I still have not received a check , nor reply to my e-mails, all of the phones were on a family Verizon plan and were wit good standing, working condition, I was quoted around $100, when I went to there website there is a status that shows no phones were received yet when I use my tracking number they received the package.
When I search the internet I find 100's of customers who are reporting the same problems, no return on the phones. I spent a couple of hours comparing the various used phone purchasing websites, wasted my time and money on this service and was ripped off. I find this to be abusive, especially in the USA. The company doesn't even have a contact number.
They should be arrested for fraudulent measures and the BBB should come down on them hard, isn't this something that the BBB should do?
