God bless this company. My husband and I called after seeing their commercial and spoke with Gina. After reviewing our case Gina said unfortunately due to our low mortgage balance she couldn't in good conscience take our case ( Select guarantees you'll recoup their fee within 12months from mortgage savings). We pleaded our case and stressed the fact we had nowhere else to turn. Gina then put us on the phone with the actual Vice President of the company Ken Morrison. Mr Morrison was the most understanding, generous, and knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure to speak with. He gave me a list of items to get together and sent some of his own documents to fill out. He then reviewed our package and told me where to send the documents and what to say. He told me to call him directly if we had any problems. Boy did we ever! I felt horrible taking the time of this very important man from actual paying customers but, he remained patient and compassionate and held our hand throughout the process. We are now current and our mortgage payments went from $545.00 to $450.00. Now a hundred dollars might not sound like much but, when your retired and on a fixed income $100.00 is a lot of money! I'm leaving this review as a small token of our appreciation I only wish we could do more. Mr Morrison, Gina, and the rest at Select are truly doing Gods work.
