Started Strong, but Didn't Hold Up

At first I found them very responsive, but over time that stopped. The salesman would return my calls in an hour or less--often within 15 minutes. But after I opened an account and tried to actually invest the situation changed. To be fair, the people I was investing with created some problems because they had no experience with IRA investments. But once that started happening, and I needed help to navigate uDirect's investment proceedures, the account manager stopped returning my calls and started responding to my emails with what looked like AI-generated responses. It totally spoiled my investment opportunity.
