Some of the services we provide include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Anxiety Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Depression Counseling, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Medical Care Management, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing.
