Defective mattress
I have purchased a mattress from Ortho mattress
in 2013 with 10 years warranty. In 2015, the mattress started to pulge up and had lumps on each side.

The previous review saying Ortho refused to replace the mattress unless there was a 1 and 1/2 inch impression in it is standard for the mattress industry. Just about ALL mattress companies have the same warranty so this should not be held against... Read More »
