Founded by Tracy, a registered dietitian inspired by her upbringing with an herbalist grandmother and chef grandfather in China, our practice was born from her personal journey of healing from an eating disorder and PCOS. As both a patient and a provider, she experienced firsthand how ineffective, fragmented, and profit-driven our healthcare system can be.
