Somatic Matters

I've practiced bodywork therapy for 40 years, since 1985. After trying many modalities, I've found Aston-Patterning to be the most effective hands-on experience. While training with Judith Aston, I also became certified in CranioSacral Therapy under John Upledger. That helped me become a better Aston-Patterner.
