In early 2019, the company's owner introduced touch-up services for dogs, encompassing nail trims, visor trimming, eye and pad scooping, and sanitary cleaning. Recognizing a compromise in work quality due to unclean dogs, the owner, a trained professional, initiated home grooming services including baths.
