Tortilleria Mi Niña

Mi Niña Tortilleria is a U.S. food manufacturer producing artisan tortilla chips using traditional Mexican techniques. Founded in 2011 by chef Jamie Mammano, the company uses the ancient nixtamalization process, cooking organic U.S. corn with mineral lime before grinding it with volcanic stones to create authentic corn masa. Its chips are made with simple ingredients—organic corn, water, and lime—and are distributed to grocery stores, restaurants, and retailers across the United States.
