I have been with d'essense, LMS Fragrances, for the past 2 and 3/4 years. Being a veteran in the industry for the past 27 years, this is the best company by far. Just like any other endeavor, if you work at it, you succeed. The owners have supported me as a team builder and consultant. I told them my goals from day one and they have done everything they could to help me reach them. For the first time in my life, as a single parent, I was able to go on vacation. I have been on 5 vacations and did not have to be at the top of the company to earn them. But there is nothing like going into a car dealership and someone handing you the keys to an $80,000 car that you truly earned. I have always been promised things like this in other opportunities but this is the first time the owners came through on their word. They support us 100% and do everything they can to make our success a reality. This is why I have always put my heart into d'essense.

I have been with many MLM companies and I would have to say this is by far the best. I have been with the company for 4 years now and I'm top sells, been to Hawaii 3 times and many other trip all expenses paid just by working hard. The products they offer are top of the line and the owner Robert and Susan are very down to earth and transparent people. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make extra money or full time work.

Well My name is Ashley and I have been with the company since 2008 I would just like to say this is one of the company out there were I can honestly say your getting your bang for your buck. Robert and Susan are the sweetest people I have ever meet and will go out of there way to travel across the U.S just to support you and anyone who says different isn't telling the truth.This company is very well established and offers wonderful products and AMAZING employee incentives and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way I have watched my grandmother go to Hawaii 4years in a row all expenses covered so if that alone isn't proof that we have a good thing in this company just check out the products they are mind blowing.

I have been with LMS Fragrances for 3 years now and am having the best experience I could have asked for! From the moment I started this business Susan and Robert Suh have been nothing but supportive, guiding, and encouraging. I have never had another job where the President and CEO even knew my name or took the time to care. Over the years they have taken their personal time to train me so that my earning potential has increased beyond what I ever thought possible. This company has one of the best most lucrative compensation plans in this industry along with sincere integrity which is rare to find. Anyone who is willing to put in a little work will receive huge benefits as well as life long memories and friends. LMS, Susan and Robert have really made a difference in the business world and I am truly grateful to be a part of it.

d'essense in the beginning appears to be an excellent company with great leaders who appear to really care about their consultants. As time goes on and you begin to promote is when you see d'essense for what it really is. The owners lie,talk about people disparely especially if you don't do what they want you to. The requirements are unreasonabe once you become Manager. Who in the world can produce 5 comets or a team leader every ninety days when you have to recruit,train, sometime motivate them to do what they should. After you go through your warm market it takes time to find people who are ready to work. You will work yourself to death and if you don't your income will bottom out. People come in a blaze of glory, but fade out after a while so where is your residual income. Susan is very demanding and if she gets mad at you, look out. I totally agree with Z.R. review. I couldn't have said it better. Come in at your own RISK you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a consultant with LMS Fragrances since 2006. I was a consultant with several other direct selling companies and by far LMS is the BEST and they have the best compansation plan in my experience. Robert and Susan Suh have created a company with the highest integrity and trust I’ve ever found in the direct selling industry. They truly want the consultants to make money selling their perfume products.

Susan and Robert Suh (the owners) are very giving business owners, they can only do so much... we are all Independent Consultants/Business Owners. From the products to the compensation plan, top notch. I have been in plenty other businesses, and this one is the best so far!

THERE IS NOTHING I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I URGE ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING AT D'ESSENSE TO PLEASE RECONSIDER BECAUSE IF NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED AND HAVE VERY LITTLE QUALITY. THE OWNERS ARE HIGHLY DEMANDING AND RUN THIS COMPANY LIKE A BAD JOB. THREATS AS WELL AS INSULTS ARE OFTEN MADE BY THE OWNERS. AGAIN IF YOU ENJOY PEACE OF MIND DO NOT JOIN D'ESSENSE AN LMS FRAGRANCE COMPANY!!!
