CopQuest offers police products and law enforcement equipment products. They have direct relationships with quality manufacturers and purchase products in volume. They distribute only quality, recognized brand names, and, according to the company, discount virtually every item.

Copquest has extremely poor service. I ordered a keyholder and ASP open top handcuff case near the end of October 2009. It took way too long for the FIRST part of my order to arrive. The key holder arrived broke! The handcuff case has still not arrived almost 4 months later. Copquest "order status" still sends me the same message of "Item is now allocated to an incoming order from the manufacturer with average turnaround in 6 days." I will never order another product from them again.
