The day after writing my first review. My order came, it was in perfect condition, it was even much more then I expected, My wife opened it and it brought tears to her eyes. She told me it was worth the wait! So if you can put up with a lack of company response, I would do business with the company again

I ordered a music box on 12/20/09, they told me that I wouldn't get it by Christmas, I knew that but they assured me that I would have it before the first of the year. I told my wife on Christmas eve that her present would be here before new years. I waited and nothing came, I got on their web sight and they were closed until from 12/30/09 till 1/3/10. They didn't tell me that, so I waited until Sunday 1/10/10 sent them an e-mail, I have sent another one, I found my shipping # but the according to Fed ex its never been picked up, I called their 1-800 # and got the fax machine. I am very unhappy, my wife has no Christmas present as of today 1/14/10 and I am very up set. They have not answered any e-mails. I paid for the 2 day shipping for $29.95 also

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I ordered a music box in Nov. 2009. When it arrived it was broken and contained the wrong song. I returned the item (received usps conformation it was received) and notified the company by e-mail and received a response that I would receive a full refund. 7 phone calls and 30 e-mails later I have not received my refund or any response from this company. Today's date is January 5, 2010. very disappointing.

I purchased a musical jewelry box for a gift for someone from this company with a plaque and a gift wrap. I can not be more satisfied with their product. The box was amazing. The description was just like it said it would be. The gift wrap was also incredible, and the plaque made it unforgettable. Great products with a low price. Thank you Music Box Attic.
